You will use your excellent customer service and problem resolution skills to provide direct, hands-on technical assistance. Ensure customer satisfaction and maximum uptime by maintaining equipment functionality, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing related problems.
Job Requirements
·Minimum 3 years experience in the heavy equipment industry or related field
·Strong mechanical knowledge
·Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
·Basic computer skills
·Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
·Ambitious with a willingness to learn and take part in annual product training
·Self motivated and take great pride in completing work timely and professionally
·Clear and concise verbal and written communication
