Location: Guelph, Ontario

Job Description

You will use your excellent customer service and problem resolution skills to provide direct, hands-on technical assistance. Ensure customer satisfaction and maximum uptime by maintaining equipment functionality, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing related problems.

Job Requirements

·         Minimum 3 years experience in the heavy equipment industry or related field

·         Strong mechanical knowledge

·         Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics

·         Basic computer skills

·         Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills

·         Ambitious with a willingness to learn and take part in annual product training

·         Self motivated and take great pride in completing work timely and professionally

·         Clear and concise verbal and written communication
